Complete Portugal Immigration Support

What does Complete Visa Assistance actually cover?

Complete Visa Assistance is Visas.pt's end-to-end Portugal immigration service. We help you determine the most suitable residence route, prepare and review your application, coordinate the consular stage, and support the move toward residence in Portugal.

The service is designed for applicants who want professional guidance instead of trying to coordinate visa strategy, documents, appointments, NIF, banking and relocation steps alone.

In short: we help you answer three questions first — Which Portugal visa is right for me? What do I need to prepare? and What happens after I apply?

FAQ

Questions about our Complete Visa Assistance

The Complete Visa Package (€1,595) includes unlimited immigration lawyer consultations, NIF number, Portuguese bank account support, full document preparation and review, consulate application support, AIMA residence permit assistance, and our Portuguese language course. The Plus package (€2,810) adds Power of Attorney representation, a dedicated tax consultation, and our property finder service.

Our packages cover every major Portugal residency visa: the D7 Passive Income Visa, D8 Digital Nomad Visa, D2 Entrepreneur Visa, D3 Highly Qualified Activity Visa, D6 Family Reunification, Startup Visa, and Golden Visa. During your consultation we confirm the right route for your income, nationality, and family situation.

Plan for 4–8 months in total. Document preparation takes 4–8 weeks, consulate processing typically 2–4 months depending on your country, and the AIMA residence card a further 2–4 months after arrival. We manage the entire timeline, book appointments, and chase delays so nothing stalls your application.

Because every application is prepared and reviewed by qualified Portuguese immigration lawyers before submission, our approval rate is extremely high — rejections are rare. If a case is weak, we tell you before you pay for a full application. In the rare event of refusal, we handle the appeal or alternative route at no extra legal fee for cases we prepared.

No. Your Portugal visa application starts at the Portuguese consulate in your home country, and our service is 100% remote — NIF, bank account, document preparation, and consulate coordination are all handled online. You only travel to Portugal after your visa is approved, for your AIMA residence permit appointment.

Yes. Your spouse, dependent children, and dependent parents can obtain Portuguese residency through family reunification. We prepare the family file alongside yours. The second adult receives 50% off our package fee and children 70% off. Note that additional subsistence funds are required per family member.

Yes. Your case is handled by Portuguese immigration lawyers registered with the Ordem dos Advogados — not agents or middlemen. That means regulated professional responsibility, lawyer-client confidentiality, and genuine legal representation with the consulate and AIMA.
