Scott Kirk is a world traveller, technology entrepreneur, and the CEO & Founder of Visas.pt. Having made Portugal his home, Scott understands the excitement of starting a new life abroad and the challenges that come with it. He founded Visas.pt to help others make that journey with greater confidence, bringing together practical guidance, personal support, and technology to simplify the relocation process for individuals and families.

Scott brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in technology and SaaS, with a particular focus on educational games and digital learning tools. He created some of the first online games ever and has helped build and scale technology companies throughout his career, with his software development work contributing to successful acquisitions involving Adobe and Tandberg/Cisco.

Today, he brings that experience to a more personal mission: helping people feel informed, supported, and ready to make Portugal their home. Leading the company’s vision and technology, Scott focuses on making immigration and relocation easier to understand, with services built around the real needs of people moving abroad.
